How do I return or exchange an item I have received?

IN WHAT CASES CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

In all the cases set out below:

• I got the wrong size and I would like to change it
• The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it
• I have received the order in poor condition

In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition, without obvious signs of use and in their original packaging, otherwise no exchange or return can be made.

The time period to exchange or return an item is 30 days from the order delivery date.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Changes

If you meet the requirements set out above, contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE team by sending an email to info@laforceshop.com indicating the details of your order and the item to be returned. We will shortly inform you about the steps to follow to exchange the item.

FREE! National Exchanges: The new item will be sent at no cost to you.

- International Changes: For international changes, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

Returns

You must send an email to info@laforceshop.com indicating the details of your order and the item to be returned. Once your request is received, our Customer Service team will inform you of the steps to follow and the address where you should send the item to be returned. Make sure you fill out the returns and exchanges form that you received with your order and include it in the package you are returning. Once the courier company delivers the package to our facilities and we check the returned products, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid to the same payment method that you used for the purchase within a period of 2-3 Work days.

LAFORCE will not be responsible for any loss that the package may have suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that said package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

Important note: Customized products cannot be returned/refunded.

STEPS TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

1. Label

In order to make the return you will need a return label that we will send you by email.

2. Packaging

Pack your shipment securely, remove the old label (it should not be visible) and stick the new one on the box or envelope.

3. Make a return

Go to the nearest DHL parcel collection point or ServicePoint and leave your shipment there.

4. Proof

Whenever you make a return from a ServicePoint, save the proof of delivery that you will receive.

The period to make an exchange or return is 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

GENERAL CARE

1. Store your jewelry before exercising or any activity that may make you sweat. Sweat and the pH of your skin can accelerate the loss of the gold plating.

2. Do not bathe in swimming pools, showers, the sea or enter saunas and spas with your jewelry on, as chlorine, salt and sudden changes in temperature can also affect the gold plating and make it ugly.

3. Do not put on makeup, apply body creams or perfumes with your jewelry on, as they contain chemicals that can damage them.

4. Avoid contact with cleaning products, they also contain chemicals.

5. Store your jewelry in the jewelry box in separate compartments that are not in contact with other jewelry; rubbing wears out the gold plating.
